  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship across the globe. International shipping rates are calculated upon checkout. Transit times vary depending on location. Typically between 7-21 days. International customers are responsible for any additional import or customs fees that may be imposed. Shipping fees charged on behalf of My Little Brother's Company does not cover any possible import or customs fees.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships you will be sent tracking information via email.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    Once shipped, standard ship times for domestic orders can be anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on location. Expedited shipping options are NOT currently available upon checkout.
  • Can I return or exchange my order?
    Yes, we accept returns on new and unused items. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will send a replacement item free of charge. Returns (free of defect/error) will be refunded the product price, minus the return shipping. Please note, original shipping charges are not refundable. Please, contact us below should you want to process a return within 30 days upon receipt of the order. Returns beyond 30 days of receipt will not be accepted. Returns are accepted on international orders, but international customers are responsible for the cost of return freight. Sale items are final purchase and cannot be returned.
  • How can I cancel my order?
    We can only accept and process cancellation requests on pending orders that have yet to ship. If your order is still pending and you would like to cancel, simply contact us (form at the bottom of this page) with your order details and we’ll issue you a full refund. The sooner the better here, we try to be fast so it is best to notify within 24hrs of order placement.

As a friendly reminder, questions submitted on either Friday evening, Saturday, or Sunday will not be reviewed until the next business day.
